From 18 September to 3 October 2021, the Arc de Triomphe in the heart of Paris shone in a silver-blue dress made of recycled plastic fabric: the last large-scale project by the deceased Bulgarian-born wrapping artist Christo. As a leading manufacturer of fastening technology, Würth France supplied material for the craftspeople involved, including ASSY®screws and power tools. With their wrapped artwork in public spaces, Christo and his wife Jeanne-Claude are among the most sensational representatives of contemporary art. Their work has been part of the Würth Collection for almost 40 years now.
